When you send an enquiry we collect the general business contact details you enter: your name, practice or organisation, work email, phone number (optional), country or market, area of support and your message.

The enquiry form is for general business enquiries only. Please do not submit patient records, medical information or any other sensitive healthcare data through it.

If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the details and messages you choose to send.

We use your details only to review and respond to your enquiry and to arrange any follow-up conversation you ask for. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. If your enquiry leads to a client relationship, we will use your details to take steps towards and perform that contract.

We use the following providers to run this website and handle enquiries. They act on our behalf and only process data as needed to provide their service:

• Web3Forms: processes enquiry form submissions and delivers them to our inbox.
• Our email provider: stores enquiries and our replies in our business mailbox.
• Vercel: hosts this website and provides cookieless, aggregated visit statistics.
• WhatsApp (Meta): only if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp.

We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.

Some of our providers may process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on recognised safeguards under UK data protection law, such as UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. You can ask us for more information about these safeguards.

For general enquiries that do not lead to a client relationship, we keep your details for six months from our last meaningful communication with you, then delete them from our form service and mailbox.

If your enquiry leads to a client relationship, we keep relevant records for as long as needed for that relationship and our legal obligations.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access your personal information, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to data portability where it applies.
